Terms and Condition

Welcome to Unwind and Relax Massages. By booking a massage service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Health and Safety**:
  - Clients are required to ensure their skin is clean prior to the massage session.
  - If the therapist encounters broken or unsightly skin, gloves will be worn to maintain hygiene and safety.

2. **Booking and Cancellation**:
  - Appointments must be booked in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a cancellation fee.

3. **Payment**:
  - Payment is due at the beginning of the session. We accept only Paylinks now ( to be discussed at time of servicing)

4. **Client Responsibility**:
  - Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the session.
  - The therapist reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for the client’s health.

5. **Liability**:
  - Unwind and Relax Massages is not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after the massage session.

6. **Privacy**:
  - All personal information collected during the booking process will be kept confidential and used solely for business purposes.
7. Even though this is a mobile business we operate professionally.  Please conduct yourself as such and keep your hands to yourself.

By booking a session with Unwind and Relax Massages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
